I bid you welcome to the Hall of Banners. This is a place of civil discussions and diplomatic overtures. If you have an issue with any member of the Legion of the White Rose, then this is the place to come forth.

Now, if this is your first time here, then please look over the following rules of conduct:

-Respect is expected - from all parties involved in any discussions.

-Idle chat and friendly hellos should be redirected to the Tavern of the Morning Rose, since this Hall is generally used exclusively for more serious business.

-Important issues can, and should be sent to me DIRECTLY via Archmail: SometimesTheDevilIsAGentleman (#2290). Matters of less urgent importance should be posted within the "Assembly" section of the Hall of Banners.

-Accusations of wrongdoing or misconduct that are levied against a member of the Legion of the White Rose should be posted within the "Assembly". All such accusations will be investigated by our Magistrates, and judged publically within our "Chamber of Deliberations". Guests are not permitted to speak within the Chamber of Deliberations, but they may bear witness to the trials within.

Guests are highly encouraged to sign up for a "Special Guests" account, and new Legionnaires are REQUIRED to do so:

Registering your account, makes you an official Special Guest of the Legion of the White Rose. It gives you access to your own Private messaging account, and lets you save your signature file for future use. It also tracks how many times you've posted in our Halls of Discussion, and let's everyone see how active you've been.
